This notice explains how AllPlant Digital Academy handles information when you browse the site, open a course page, or send a message through a form. It applies to the whole site and to every request that reaches us by email or phone.

Data, rights, and how to reach us about privacy
What we collect
Name, email address, phone number, and the message you type into a contact or enquiry form. Alongside that, basic technical data: browser type, device category, approximate region, referring page, and the pages you open during a visit.
Why we hold it
To answer your question, send the material you asked for, keep a record of the conversation, and understand which course pages and guides are actually being read. We do not use your details to build advertising profiles or sell them onward.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small number of cookies for session handling and for aggregate traffic measurement. Analytics events record page views and form submissions without storing the content of your message. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then behave differently.
Who else sees it
Limited processors support the site: the hosting provider that stores the pages, the email service that delivers form messages, and the analytics tool that reports traffic. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to reuse your data for their own purposes.
How long it stays
Enquiry messages and the contact details attached to them are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up. Analytics records are retained in aggregate form. When a record is no longer needed, it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, request a correction, ask for deletion, or ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose. Where the GDPR or CCPA applies to you, those rights are available without charge and we answer within the period the law allows.
Withdrawing consent
If you agreed to receive updates, you can withdraw that at any time by replying to any message or writing to the address below. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened before you asked.

Course descriptions, module outlines, and schedules on this site are written in good faith and updated as material changes. We do not claim official affiliation with any third-party platform, brand, or certification body, and we do not promise a specific outcome, grade, or job result from any course.
